How does customized pet photo accessory work?

You can start this process by selecting from our product collections. To place an order, simply upload a clear, high resolution photo of your pet, and we will handle everything from design to crafting. Once your customized accessory is packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

What types of photos are best for creating customized accessory?

Clear, high-resolution photos capturing the entire headshot of your pet in great detail are required. Photos must have good lighting, cannot be blurry, and files cannot exceed 10 MB in .jpeg or .png format.

Can I customize the design further, such as adding a name or special date?

Yes, you can add a name or date (not exceeding 12 characters) to the back of the pendant in our necklace ,bracelet, and keychain collections.

What materials are used for the customized jewelry?

Our customized jewelry is made from high-quality materials such as sterling silver, titanium steel, or stainless steel, depending on your selection.

How long does it take to create and ship my customized jewelry?

The production time for customized jewelry is typically 7-10 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on the shipping destination.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You cannot cancel your order after placing it. If there’s a need to change the picture or engraving, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order.

What is your return policy for customized jewelry?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on customized jewelry unless there is a defect or error in the order. We want you to be 100% happy with your order so please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue and we will do our best to address it.

Can I order multiple pieces with different pet photos?

Yes, you can order multiple pieces, each with a different pet photo. Simply upload the respective photos for each item when placing your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Our default packaging comes with a nice Jewelry box that’s perfect for gifting. If you would like special gift wrapping please contact us as soon as you place your order using the “Help” page.
